Take Ownership

• Design and upkeep of bunq’s web code architecture, integrating the latest industry trends while managing technical debt to enhance functionality and performance.
• Lead and grow our talented frontend engineers, spearheading recruitment and budget management to drive successful, high-quality projects.
• Identify opportunities to integrate AI into frontend solutions and develop performance metrics such as OKRs and KPIs to ensure continuous improvement.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate frontend teams across various locations, driving them to deliver high-quality digital experiences.
• Advanced skills in creating robust and efficient solutions using TypeScript.
• Strong experience with modern frameworks like React or Vue, successfully handling large-scale projects.
• Skilled at tackling complex coding challenges while ensuring high standards of quality and consistency in code and user interfaces.
• Fluent in English, facilitating clear and effective communication within an international team.
