PMO Lead – Project Manager, LightSpray™

In short

We’re looking for an experienced and driven Project Manager to join our new, cross-functional LightSpray™ business unit. In this foundational role, you’ll lead strategic projects that are key to establishing best practices, driving innovation, and helping us realize our vision of advanced manufacturing solutions. Your ability to align diverse teams around shared goals, execute projects with precision, and ensure successful delivery will set the tone for our growth.

Your mission

• Oversee a portfolio of cross-functional projects, establishing alignment with the company’s strategic goals. Guide projects end-to-end to ensure they meet timelines, quality standards, and scope.
• Partner with internal stakeholders across multiple functions to foster alignment, smooth communication, and effective problem-solving.
• Drive resource planning and allocation to optimize talent across projects, balancing LightSpray’s™ priorities and project-specific needs.
• Define and implement PMO processes, tools, and methodologies that set a standard of excellence and efficiency across the unit.
• Proactively address potential risks, troubleshoot emerging challenges, and maintain the integrity of project goals and timelines.
• Establish KPIs, track project and portfolio performance, and provide senior leadership with insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  
  

Your story

• You bring 5+ years of project management experience, ideally in consulting or a cross-functional setting, with a track record of delivering complex projects successfully.
• You excel in planning, budgeting, and resource management, with a strong understanding of how to align project goals with strategic business priorities.
• You are skilled at influencing and motivating project teams and stakeholders across different levels and functions.
• You’re adaptable, solutions-focused, and proactive in finding ways to overcome challenges in dynamic, evolving environments.
• Proven track record of leading complex, global projects/programms
• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field. PMP or similar certification is a plus.
