Product Manager

CloudOffix is looking for a Product Manager who will act as the key bridge between product, sales, and marketing teams. This is not a technical role, and you don’t need a software development background. Instead, we’re looking for someone with strong communication skills, a good sense of ownership, and a passion for building products that solve real business problems.

What You'll Do

• Work closely with sales and marketing teams to understand market needs and shape product positioning.
• Create product narratives, messaging frameworks, and key use case scenarios.
• Provide input and direction for product launch campaigns, demo scripts, and video outlines. (Note: You won’t create videos or materials yourself, but you’ll guide and brief the teams who do.)
• Assist with internal enablement by preparing clear documentation and feature guides for go-to-market teams.
• Help ensure product updates and new features are well understood and correctly communicated to customers.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the product based on user feedback and business goals.
  
  

What We're Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in product, marketing, or a related role (internships count too!)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, especially with sales and marketing functions
• Fluent in English (written and verbal)
• Interest in SaaS and digital product
• Willingness to learn product management best practices — we will train and support you
  
  

Nice to Have

• Experience writing feature briefs, user stories, or product messaging
• Previous exposure to CRM, Helpdesk, or Project Management tools
