Head of Product

Responsibilities:

• Lead and guide the UI/UX and Product teams, setting clear goals and priorities
• Define the overall product strategy and create product roadmaps
• Translate user research, testing, and analytics into actionable insights for leadership
• Continuously improve design and product development processes
• Collaborate closely with engineering, marketing, and other cross-functional teams
• Mentor team members and support their professional growth and development

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in product management and/or UI/UX design
• 2+ years of proven experience in team leadership or people management
• Strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills
• Deep understanding of the digital product lifecycle
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Preferably experience in the technology or e-commerce sector
