Job Title: AI Developer/Architect

Total Experience Required: 6+ years in Information Technology/Computers/Software

Relevant Experience Required: 4+ years in AI/ML and cloud-based architecture

Job Type: Contract

Contract Duration: A minimum duration of 3 to 6 months, with the possibility of extension up to 18 months or beyond, depending on project requirements.

Workplace Type: 100% Remote / Hybrid (1 or 2 or 3 times a week at office)

Languages Required: English

Visa/Work Authorization Status: Candidates must hold a valid work permit or visa to work in Poland

Work Location: Wroclaw, Poland

1. Must be currently based in Poland or
2. Willing to relocate to Poland from anywhere within Europe or the UK
3. Candidates outside Europe/UK unfortunately cannot be considered

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable AI/ML solutions using modern frameworks and cloud technologies
• Integrate intelligent models with enterprise platforms for seamless operations
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and deliver impactful outcomes
• Optimize data pipelines and monitor model performance
• Stay updated on the latest AI trends to propose innovative approaches

Essential Skills

• AI/ML concepts: LLM models, RAG, LangChain, Vector DB, AI Agents
• Programming: Python (web), React, TypeScript
• DevOps & CI/CD: Kubernetes, Docker, GitHub Actions, Jenkins
• Platforms: SAP BTP/Kyma, Databricks, SAC, Azure AD
• Testing and API: JMeter, REST API, Regression/Smoke Testing

Optional Skills

• SAP UI5 and SQL
• Monitoring: Dynatrace, CLS, OpenSearch Dashboard
• Authentication: OAuth integration
• Dashboarding and reporting tools
