What you’ll do:
▪ Plan, launch, and optimize UA campaigns across major ad networks.
▪ Analyze data and build daily/weekly cohorted reports.
▪ Manage ad budgets to deliver eROAS targets.
▪ Collaborate with the creative team to align strategies, test creatives, and track KPIs.
▪ Maintain strong relationships with partners like Meta, Unity, and ironSource.
▪ Manage customer support channels to ensure a seamless player experience.
What we’re looking for:
▪ 1–4 years of experience in UA or performance marketing (gaming experience is a plus).
▪ Strong analytical and reporting skills.
▪ Familiarity with ad networks, attribution tools (AppsFlyer), and UA best practices.
▪ A growth mindset and passion for games.
