Senior Product Manager

MCG Talent has partnered with a leading figure within the Crypto/Blockchain space to identify a Senior Product Manager to join their growing team in the Middle East.

As a Senior Product Manager you will guide product initiatives from vision to execution. This is an exciting opportunity to shape a groundbreaking platform that revolutionizes financial interactions. You’ll lead global product/feature launches, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional solutions.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and refine world-class trading UX/UI and workflows tailored for advanced retail traders, prioritizing mobile app synergy.
• Implement event tracking for funnel analytics and CRM, building dashboards to provide actionable insights into product performance.
• Oversee the retail product suite, including Spot and Derivatives trading, Trading Bots, Staking, Supercharger, and Trading Arena.
• Define clear product specifications and acceptance criteria, balancing trade-offs to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Lead one or more feature teams, providing clear product direction and fostering continuous improvement.
• Partner with delivery management (Scrum Master) to optimize resources and collaborate with lead engineers on technical solutions.
• Guide QA engineers to ensure robust test plans.
• Co-manage the roadmap backlog, taking full ownership of your product areas.
• Ship products/features on time, actively using and iterating on them to drive improvements.
• Conduct user studies through client meetings and interviews to gather feedback.
• Iterate based on user needs, collaborating with Marketing, Growth, and CRM teams to ensure successful product adoption.
• Stay informed on market and industry trends to keep the product competitive.
• Act as the domain expert in communications with cross-functional teams.

Job Requirements

• 4+ years of product management experience, with strong expertise in crypto trading/exchange platforms.
• Data-driven mindset with a user-centric approach to product development.
• Passion for creating exceptional customer-facing products and experiences.
• Proven track record of launching and iterating on successful software or financial products at scale.
• Strong leadership, initiative, and results-driven attitude.
• Excellent collaboration skills with Designers, Engineers, QA, Marketing, Growth, CRM, Compliance, and Legal teams.
• Clear and concise communicator, adept at sharing key information.
• Familiarity with API usage and ability to grasp technical concepts.
• Humble, open to learning, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
