The Role

We’re looking for a Product Manager who thrives at the intersection of user needs, business goals, and technical possibilities. This role is hands-on and cross-functional — you’ll work closely with Customer Experience, Engineering, and Marketing to ensure that every feature we ship is understood, adopted, and loved by our users. From writing product materials and leading discovery to solving user problems and driving adoption, you’ll play a key part in making our product better every day.

What You’ll Do

🔹 Prepare clear product materials (FAQs, release notes, guides)

🔹 Help activate and onboard users to new features

🔹 Ensure feature adoption through smart communication and touch points

🔹 Work closely with the Customer Experience (CX) team to process and resolve user complaints and issues

🔹 Identify root causes and translate feedback into product improvements

🔹 Track and report recurring issues

🔹 Lead discovery for small and mid-sized features

🔹Conduct competitor research, user interviews, and collaborate with stakeholders

🔹Prioritize features and contribute to the roadmap

What You Bring

✅ 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager

✅ Strong understanding of product lifecycle and agile workflows

✅ Excellent problem-solving and communication skills 

✅ Hands-on with tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, or similar

✅ Curious, structured, and user-obsessed

✅ Fluent in Russian and English (must-have)
