Network Engineer

Job Description for Network Engineer L2:

Responsibilities:

• Conduct onsite assessment of firewall setup
• Document existing devices (Palo Alto 850, 440, 450)
• Coordinate with remote teams during firmware cutover
• Provide console access & SmartHands support
• Support basic user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Ensure device functionality and connectivity

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of Fortinet/Palo Alto preferred
• Experience in site assessment, console commands, and basic networking
• Excellent communication skills
• Must have a laptop with console cable & hotspot
