Job Description:

• Junior UI/UX Designer with experience in creating industry-leading user experiences for eCommerce platforms.
• The Junior Designer will be responsible for crafting a comprehensive eCommerce Style Guide, ensuring UI/UX consistency across our B2B eCommerce site, and collaborating closely with front-end developers to execute all UI/UX projects.
• The primary goal is to elevate our eCommerce platform to a best-of-class level, achieving a modern and visually stunning look and feel, enhancing user experience, increasing eCommerce adoption, and fostering customer loyalty among our Eye Care Professional customer base.
• The designer will ensure seamless implementation across all devices (desktop, tablet, and mobile) and assist with UI/UX projects for internal/external mobile applications and platforms as needed.
• Furthermore, they will work with global design agencies to align our design guide with a Global design guide for future platform convergence.
