You’ll guide the design direction for a high-impact platform, collaborating closely with product, data, and engineering teams to bring cutting-edge, human-centered experiences to life.

What You’ll Do:

• Set and execute a forward-thinking UX vision across agile workstreams
• Drive platform evolution with predictive analytics and orchestration
• Lead iterative research and detailed design delivery using Figma
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation
• Champion design best practices, accessibility, and system-wide consistency

What You Bring:

• 8+ years in UX design with a standout portfolio (Figma mastery a must)
• 5+ years leading design teams in agile environments
• Experience driving innovation and continuous improvement
• Tools: Figma, Miro, Jira, Confluence, MO365
