Scrum Master / Project Manager (Microsoft Dynamics)

We are looking for a strong contributor who has hands-on experience managing Agile projects, facilitating scrum ceremonies, and coordinating teams. A deep understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service) is essential. This role is integral to delivering value to our internal stakeholders by enabling agility, transparency, and timely delivery across critical business systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as Scrum Master and Project Manager for the Dynamics team within the Digital Solutions group.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews.
• Support Product Owners in managing and prioritizing the Azure DevOps backlog.
• Collaborate with technical teams, stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure delivery of quality Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Own and maintain project artifacts such as charters, schedules, risk registers, status updates, and stakeholder presentations.
• Track project progress and proactively manage risks, blockers, and dependencies.
• Drive sprint execution, ensuring scope, timeline, and quality objectives are met.
• Manage testing and training cycles, including UAT planning and execution.
• Lead cutover planning and support transition to managed support post-implementation.
• Guide the team through organizational change management and post-mortem analysis.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project management or scrum roles, ideally in a hybrid environment.
• Hands-on experience managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations or enhancements.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies and using tools like Azure DevOps.
• Knowledge of Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI, Canvas Apps) is a plus.
• Excellent facilitation and communication skills with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Familiarity with SDLC methodologies and project lifecycle from initiation to closure.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including internal IT and business users.
• PMP, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or other Agile certifications preferred.
