Key Accountability
- Directly accountable for day-to-day activities for the project construction phase.
- Responsible for the daily check on LLRTP repair activities and to report project team
which could impact on quality, cost, project delivery schedule, and HSE risks
matters.
- Conduct periodic HSE inspection and highlight for any corrective actions &
- Monitoring, control and verification of cost estimates submitted by the contractor to
rates.
- Managing change control and variance register of all Mechanical
- Responsible to ensure that the tasks are executed in line with Company and
Supervise construction activities to ensure the project schedules are maintained at site.
- Maintain effective Health and Safety systems, including completion of risk
- Managing the activities with proper resource planning to meet the project specified
- To keep up to date with new improved working methods that can add value by

- Participate, evaluate, give input and propose solutions input in all project challenges
- Review and comment on required construction documents such as Method of
- Support on checking material requisitions, as-built drawings for Mechanical
- Manage and oversee the execution of necessary shutdowns and tie-ins.
- Coordinate with other project disciplines and resolve interface issues with asset
- Attend site inspection related as required.
- Create a harmonious relationship within the team and contractors
