Key Responsibilities for the Product Manager:


  • Lead the entire lifecycle management of applications facilitating omni-channel communications, intelligent interaction management, and dynamic customer experiences.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to grasp customer needs, market dynamics, and strategic requirements, translating them into actionable initiatives and features.
  • Validate product business cases and guide products from ideation to widespread availability.
  • Forge close partnerships with engineering teams to ensure a clear understanding and prioritization of requirements, in alignment with agile methodologies and industry standards.
  • Act as the Product Owner within Agile Scrum Teams, orchestrating and participating in Agile ceremonies.
  • Engage across functions with Product Marketing, Sales Readiness, and Cloud Operations teams to formulate product positioning, value propositions, pricing strategies, and deployment models.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings, leveraging insights to differentiate the product roadmap and maintain market leadership.
  • Offer subject matter expertise in customer engagements, presentations, user groups, and industry conferences.
  • Identify and nurture partnerships with companies providing complementary functionalities to enhance our product suite.


Desired Skills:


  • 3-5 years of experience in software product management, with a specialization in managing software-as-a-service products.
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully delivering innovative software solutions to market.
  • Experience in collaborating with technology partners and overseeing both in-house and externally sourced product teams.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively across organizational hierarchies and with globally dispersed teams.
