About The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing team as an Agile Coach. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving Agile transformations across multiple teams and programs, fostering collaboration, and embedding Agile ways of working. Your expertise will directly contribute to delivering quality outcomes and supporting organisational change.

Your Duties Will Include

  • Coaching teams and individuals in Agile practices and principles.
  • Facilitating Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Identifying and removing impediments to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Supporting the adoption of Agile tools and techniques.
  • Providing guidance on Agile metrics and reporting to drive transparency and improvement.
  • Mentoring and developing Agile team members to foster high-performing teams.

Skills And Experience We Are Looking For

  • Demonstrated experience in driving Agile transformations across teams and leadership levels.
  • Deep knowledge of Agile frameworks and practices, with the ability to tailor approaches to different contexts.
  • Strong facilitation and coaching skills, including mentoring roles such as Product Owners and Scrum Masters.
  • Proven ability to build high-performing Agile teams and foster continuous improvement.
  • Practical experience with Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps) and using data to improve delivery.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, including working with senior leaders.
