Senior Machine Learning Engineer – Medical R&D Sector (Confidential Client)

About the Role

We are hiring on behalf of a confidential client, a pioneering company at the intersection of software, machine learning, and medical research. The company is focused on improving healthcare outcomes through advanced AI-driven solutions. They are currently expanding their innovative R&D team with two key hires: a Senior ML Engineer and a Medior ML Engineer. What You'll Do

You’ll join a multidisciplinary R&D team working on machine learning models that improve the quality of clinical data and support better decision-making in healthcare. Your responsibilities will include researching new ML approaches, reading and applying scientific literature, developing clean Python code, and contributing to model validation and deployment. You’ll also work closely with data engineers, statisticians, and domain experts to move prototypes into production and support the team’s scientific visibility through publications and conferences.

Who We're Looking For

You have a Master’s or PhD in a technical field, with solid experience in ML, AI, or data science. You're fluent in Python, familiar with TensorFlow or PyTorch, and comfortable working with Git in a collaborative development environment. You bring a research mindset but know how to translate theory into practical ML systems. Experience in NLP, healthcare data, or regulated industries is a plus. English fluency is required; no other languages necessary.
