Art Direction Team

The Art Direction team at We Are Social is part of the broader Creative and Editorial department and is responsible for ensuring and evolving our clients’ visual identity across all types of content that we conceive, create, and manage for them on all social media channels.

Role Purpose

The Art Director (intern) at We Are Social has the main objective of conceptualizing and producing social content for our clients’ editorial plans, following their shared editorial guidelines. The purpose of the internship is to foster complete autonomy and responsibility in delivering ongoing content.

Key Responsibilities

• Co-definition of creative concepts, their execution, and detailed crafting
• Art direction for ongoing content, formats and activations for the clients’ editorial plan
• Execution and quality control of output during the creative production phase
• Study and development of visual identity and brand for reference clients
• Participation in defining and developing editorial strategy in terms of languages and visual formats
• Constant alignment with Creative and Client Service references
  
  

Requirements

• Degree in art direction, graphic design, or equivalent fields
• A previous short experience in creative agencies is really appreciate
• Excellent knowledge and experience with Adobe Creative Suite
• Ability to work in extended and complex teams
• Competence and mastery across different media, formats, tools, and techniques of visual communication
• High affinity and passion for social media.
• Intuition for current trends and developments.
• A good knowledge of English is a nice to have

Contract and Remuneration:

• 6-month full-time internship (40 hours per week).
• €700 net monthly salary.
