Your Mission: As a Cybersecurity Risk Analyst, you’ll be at the forefront of implementing risk assessment procedures for IT systems, ensuring full compliance with the latest regulations like DORA (EU 2022/2554) and internal security policies. You’ll play a key role in safeguarding our digital infrastructure while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

What You’ll Do:

Prepare & Strategize

• Dive into the DORA regulation and internal ISM/ISPL frameworks.
• Define system categorization and risk assessment plans with a focus on Confidentiality, Integrity, Availability, and Privacy (CIAP).
• Identify key stakeholders and build strong internal networks.

Lead Risk Assessments

• Conduct end-to-end risk assessments on IT systems:
• Identify threats and vulnerabilities.
• Evaluate and prioritize risks, including operational and compliance-related.
• Recommend and plan mitigation strategies.

Document & Report

• Maintain and update the risk register and security categorizations.
• Deliver clear and concise assessment reports.
• Keep documentation and Confluence pages up to date with all security, privacy, and operational insights.

Collaborate & Influence

• Report directly to the Head of IT Security.
• Work closely with IT Operations, business stakeholders, and leadership.
• Participate in regular and ad-hoc reviews to stay aligned with evolving regulations and business goals.

Deliverables You’ll Own:

• Comprehensive risk assessment reports and updated registers.
• Security and privacy plans with actionable controls.
• Updated system configuration and contingency documentation.
• Contributions to knowledge bases and procedural guidelines.
