We are seeking multiple dynamic and tech-savvy Senior Salesforce Consultants with a strong background in digital transformation, blockchain strategy, and Salesforce implementations, particularly within the automotive and industrial sectors. The consultant will bring a hybrid of functional and technical expertise, a passion for innovation, and a proven track record in managing complex projects across diverse industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead workshops and co-creation sessions to define business needs, map processes, and design innovative technology solutions.
• Develop and implement blockchain strategies tailored to client objectives, with hands-on involvement in architecture and delivery.
• Act as a functional and technical lead in Salesforce projects, including road mapping, blueprinting, and implementation.
• Serve as SCRUM Master and Sprint Lead, managing cross-functional teams and ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.
• Deliver tailored solutions for automotive clients, including dealer management systems and circular economy initiatives.
• Lead proposal development, identify new business opportunities, and maintain strong client relationships.
• Represent the company in blockchain and tech communities, contributing to thought leadership and innovation.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in business and IT consulting
• Proven experience in Salesforce architecture and development (Apex, JavaScript)
• Strong background in blockchain technologies and strategy
• Experience in the automotive sector

Ideal Certifications:

• Salesforce Certified Application Architect
• ITIL v4 Foundation
• BTA Certified Blockchain Business Foundations

Preferred Skills:

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Familiarity with tools like MS Project, Jira, Confluence, Visio (BPMN), and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins)
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure) and reporting tools (Power BI, Qlik)
