Responsibilities:

• Business & IT Consulting: Facilitate workshops and co-creation sessions to identify business needs, map processes, and design innovative technology solutions.
• Blockchain Strategy & Implementation: Develop and execute blockchain strategies aligned with business goals, including architecture design and hands-on delivery.
• Salesforce Expertise: Serve as both functional and technical lead on Salesforce initiatives, covering roadmaps, blueprints, and implementation.
• Project Management: Act as SCRUM Master and Sprint Lead, coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring timely completion of project milestones.
• Sector-Specific Solutions: Design and implement tailored solutions, particularly within areas like dealer management systems and circular economy programs.
• Business Development: Support opportunity identification, proposal development, and foster long-term partnerships.
• Community Involvement: Engage with professional communities in blockchain and technology, contributing to thought leadership and innovation.

Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business IT & Management or a related discipline.
• At least 6 years of experience in business and IT consulting.
• Proven Salesforce architecture and development experience (Apex, JavaScript).
• Strong foundation in blockchain technologies and strategy.
• Experience working within sector-specific environments, such as automotive.
• Salesforce Certified Application Architect
• ITIL v4 Foundation
• BTA Certified Blockchain Business Foundations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Proficient with tools such as MS Project, Jira, Confluence, Visio (BPMN), and CI/CD tools like Jenkins.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure) and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Qlik).
