The Role

• Completely own the design practice - design the products, build the strategy and grow the team
• Work cross-functionally with product and engineering to design brand-new products
• Opportunity to be hands-on and passionate but also build and guide your team

Desired Experience

• Strong UX and UI experience for a B2B SaaS start-up / scale-up
• B2C design experience is also important
• Experience managing / growing a design team
