Global Product Manager

The Impact You'll Make
We are seeking a focused and driven Global Product Manager – LV Drives to support the development and performance of a key product within our LV drives portfolio. As part of a global expert team—alongside a Global Product Owner and two other Global Product Managers—you will contribute to the execution of product strategy, lifecycle management, and global coordination across functions and regions.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Support the Global Product Owner in executing the product strategy and roadmap
• Manage day-to-day product lifecycle activities for the assigned product
• Monitor product performance (sales, margin, competitiveness) and propose improvement action
• Collaborate with R&D, marketing, and regional teams to support launches, updates, and customer need
• Contribute to market and competitor analysis
• Help ensure product positioning, pricing, and documentation are aligned global
• Support cross-functional alignment and knowledge sharing within the global product team
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Bachelors or Masters Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related field
• 3–5+ years in product management, product engineering, or a related technical role
• Familiarity with LV drives or similar industrial automation products
• Positive can do attitude, strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills
• Fluent in English; international mindset and willingness to travel
