Job Description:
We are looking for a Finnish-speaking Business Analyst with strong experience in agile delivery and Java-based environments. The ideal candidate will work closely with both business and technical teams to gather requirements, translate them into user stories, and support the Agile development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fluent in Finnish and English (both written and verbal) – Mandatory
- Act as a liaison between stakeholders and development teams
- Perform story analysis and understand business needs
- Translate customer requirements into detailed JIRA stories and documentation
- Lead and participate in Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, retrospectives, sprint planning, demos)
- Organize and facilitate customer demo sessions
- Collaborate with developers and testers for end-to-end delivery
Nice to Have:
- Basic knowledge of Java APIs
- Exposure to GUI & Rich Client applications
- Familiarity with enterprise IT systems and Agile toolchains
