A leading independent private equity firm focused on the secondary market, with over €5 billion in assets under management and offices in Paris, and other key financial hubs. The firm specializes in providing liquidity solutions to investors in private equity by acquiring interests in mature funds and portfolios of direct investments.
The firm is seeking an Investment Analyst to join its Secondaries Team. The Analyst will support the team in evaluating and executing private equity secondary transactions across LP interests, GP-led deals, and direct portfolios. This is a hands-on role offering comprehensive exposure to the full investment cycle.

What candidates should have:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field from a top-tier institution
- 0-1 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, strategy consulting, or a comparable financial environment
- Strong analytical skills and a high level of proficiency in financial modeling
- Solid understanding of private equity structures and secondary market dynamics
- Excellent communication skills in English (French is a plus)
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
