Finance Operations Intern (September 2025)

Internship (6 months) - Full time - Paris 9 - Starting at 1100€/month

Kiln is the leading enterprise-grade rewards platform that enables institutional customers to stake assets and integrate staking & DeFi functionality into their offerings. We are looking for a Finance Operations Intern to work closely with our Head of Finance and broader Finance team.

Responsibilities

• Support Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
• Assist in recording and reconciling cryptocurrency revenue transactions
• Participate in the preparation of financial statements
• Help with forecasting & budgeting
• Systems & Financial Reports
• Utilize financial data to create internal reports that provide insights into the company’s financial performance
• Prepare detailed reports for customers regarding their staking activity and reward statements
• Address any customer inquiries related to invoicing and financial data
• Accounting & Operational Tasks
• Process invoices, including recording and tracking accounts payable and receivable
• Reconcile expenses and support month-end closing activities
• Assist in the customer invoicing process, ensuring compliance with established guidelines
• Commercial and Product Development
• Contribute to financial negotiations for contracts
• Assist with project work to support sales operations, risk management, and other teams internally
  
  

Requirements

Skills & background

• Strong understanding of financial modeling & KPIs/reporting (Google Sheets, Excel)
• Interest in crypto and familiarity with tooling (blockchain explorers, etc.) is a plus
• Pursuing or completing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Technology
• Fluent in English and French
• Familiarity with automation tools is a plus
