The Role:

Join us as Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) and coordinate our information & cyber security strategy. Reporting to the Vice President Group IT, you'll safeguard our digital assets, ensure compliance, and combat cyber threats.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Shape and communicate our security vision and strategy. Advise executive leadership on emerging threats.
• Risk Management: Conduct risk assessments, develop frameworks, and collaborate on regulatory compliance.
• Security Operations: Optimize security technologies and manage incident response.
• Governance & Compliance: Maintain governance structures and ensure compliance with laws and standards.
• Team Development: Build and guide a top-tier security team, fostering growth and innovation.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in cybersecurity roles, with 2+ years in senior leadership.
• Expertise in cybersecurity principles, threat intelligence, and security architecture.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to influence at all levels.
• Experience in multinational or regulated industries preferred.
• Proven strategic leadership in a global, fast-paced environment.
• Experience with security vendors and financial forecasting.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
