What You’ll Be Doing:

• Craft intuitive, maintainable, and efficient user-facing applications using React and modern front-end technologies.
• Translate design prototypes and user flows into working UI, collaborating closely with designers, product owners, and back-end developers.
• Create reusable UI components and maintain design consistency through scalable CSS pre-processors such as SCSS, SASS, or LESS.
• Ensure web applications meet performance, accessibility, and responsiveness standards across all modern devices and browsers.
• Contribute to a robust codebase through code reviews, debugging, and automated testing.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, helping drive iterative improvements and continuous delivery of high-quality code.
• Support back-end API integrations and occasionally contribute to server-side development if needed.

What You’ll Bring:

• 4+ years of front-end development experience, with strong hands-on expertise in React, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and a CSS preprocessor (SCSS, SASS, or LESS).
• A solid understanding of responsive web design and accessibility (WCAG) best practices.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, Git-based version control, and Agile delivery methodologies.
• A collaborative, team-focused approach with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Interest in growing full-stack capabilities, with exposure or willingness to learn backend tools (e.g., PostgreSQL, Node.js, Web APIs).
• Experience using project management tools like Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.

Nice to Have:

• Experience working with Node.js and API integrations.
• Knowledge of web performance optimisation techniques and tools.
• Practical understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology in modern software teams.
