Business Test Analyst

Role: Test Business Analyst

Location: Dublin North (Onsite)

My client are looking for a Test Business Analyst, you'll be at the heart of delivering a robust end-to-end retail solution that includes POS systems, back-office retail, warehouse management, and more. You’ll work closely with solution architects, customers, and third parties to ensure business requirements are met and thoroughly tested.

Job Description:

• Lead requirements gathering and process optimization
• Define, document, and communicate business and system processes
• Develop and manage test plans, UAT, and test scripts
• Validate full end-to-end system functionality, including integration points
• Execute and manage automated and manual testing processes
• Collaborate across functions to deliver reliable, scalable systems

Requirements:

• 5+ years in business analysis roles
• Strong experience with system testing (UAT, automation, bug tracking)
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Knowledge of JIRA, SOTI (MobiControl), Power BI, and POS systems
• Experience in airline and/or retail sectors preferred
• ISTQB Foundation certified (or higher)
• Familiarity with SDLC, APIs, Azure, SFTP/FTPS, Android & iOS platforms
• BA certification (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA)
• Experience with test management tools
• Knowledge of financial and stock management systems
• A resilient, adaptable mindset with strong attention to detail
