Senior Project Manager

Our Dublin based client is looking for a Senior Project Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. This role will involve overseeing and managing projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in managing projects and the ability to drive business development initiatives. This role requires professional experience within the Utilities sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and design project plans, outlining approach, deliverables, resources, and financial requirements.
• Apply proven Project Management methodologies to ensure successful project execution, including planning, resource allocation, risk management, measurement, and reporting.
• Foster and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring their needs are addressed throughout the project lifecycle.
• Take a proactive approach in overseeing the project's progress, identifying potential issues, and making interventions as necessary.
• Regularly assess the value being delivered to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Lead and facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations to ensure clear communication across all levels.
• Identify and address underlying concerns, creating a collaborative and open environment for discussion.
• Manage client relationships at senior and executive levels, adjusting approaches as required to maintain satisfaction and engagement.
• Support business development initiatives through effective project management and by identifying potential opportunities for growth.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience managing projects in a client-facing environment.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time, within scope, and on budget.
• Demonstrated ability to manage the value being delivered to customers and stakeholders.
• Experience with business transformation projects is a strong advantage.
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• Strong business development experience

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
