Title - Agile Project Manager

We are looking for an Agile Project Manager to lead the work of migrating our customer's SAP from on-premise to Azure Cloud. This role involves responsibility for successful migration of the entire SAP landscape as well as supporting the adoption of services for platforms and IT operations. The delivery will be carried out by the customer's own team together with suppliers. The role involves planning, execution and operational leadership to lead the daily work.

The candidate should have experience in agile project management in IT, with knowledge of processes for IT operations, incident management and cloud environments. Experience of and knowledge of SAP systems as well as experience of moving SAP to cloud is a requirement. Experience of procuring operations and migration partners is an advantage.

Main responsibilities

Planning and Leadership

- Communicates goals in the form of WHAT and WHY

- Develop and communicate plans that specify timelines, milestones, and deliverables. You develop plans together with those who execute the work.

- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery and achieve SJ's goals.

- Creates a culture of trust and openness where obstacles are lifted and it is easy to ask for help

- Lead and work within a scaled agile model based on SAFe

- Ensure that agile principles and practices are followed.

Successful move of SAP to cloud

- Ensure that SAP is migrated to the Cloud with goals met

- Ensure a functioning collaboration between the customer's team and suppliers

- Ensure collaboration on target environment and migration capabilities

Procurement of partners for migration and future operations

- Support in the procurement of partners for migration projects and future operations

- Participate in developing KPIs for procurement

Implementation of Services and Processes

- Lead the implementation of services for platforms, new operating model and developed processes for IT operations.

- Ensure the transition to a new operating model with internal teams and external partners

Stakeholderhantering

- Effectively communicate the initiative's progress, obstacles, risks, and challenges to stakeholders and the organization at large.

- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the initiative's goals and progress.

Competence:

• Experience in migrating large business-critical systems to Azure or other cloud platforms is a requirement.
• Experience in procurement and supplier management.
• Very good skills in communication and documentation.
• Extensive experience in project management of IT in agile organizations, especially with a focus on infrastructure, operations and cloud solutions.
• Knowledge of IT operations in cloud environments and associated processes.
• Experience in leading agile iteams, especially within a scaled agile model.
• Long experience of leadership and change management in IT.
• Experience from the role of scrum master is an advantage.
• Experience working in a scaled agile model (e.g. SAFe, LeSS) from multiple companies.
• Fluent in both Swedish and English for effective communication with various stakeholders.
