The Program Manager will lead strategic initiatives focused on Core Banking transformation, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory standards. This role demands strong governance capabilities, including chairing and driving steering committee engagements across cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Core Banking programs, including planning, execution, and post-implementation support.
- Chair and manage steering committee meetings, ensuring alignment between executive stakeholders and delivery teams.
- Define program scope, objectives, KPIs, and success metrics in collaboration with business and technical teams.
- Oversee vendor relationships, contract compliance, and SLA adherence.
- Manage risks, dependencies, and change control across multiple projects within the program.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and audit readiness throughout the program lifecycle
- Provide regular updates to senior leadership and board-level stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation in banking operations and digital transformation.
📚 Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in Core Banking platforms (e.g., Temenos, Finacle, T24).
- Strong understanding of banking operations, payment systems, and digital banking.
- Demonstrated success in leading steering committees and governance forums.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Confluence).
