People Operations Specialist (ROW)

Overview

As a key member of Crocs’ HR Connect team, you’ll be the primary point of contact for employees across ROW (Rest of World). You’ll manage end-to-end HR operations—from onboarding to offboarding—while supporting HR initiatives and projects. Your role involves handling inquiries via the HR Service Center (desk, email, chat), applying company‑specific policies and procedures in accordance with Crocs and local guidelines.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as the first responder for HR queries—covering policy, employee lifecycle, benefits (health, wellness, leave), and leave administration—in line with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Maintain HRIS (SuccessFactors) records: new hires, promotions, terminations, compensation changes, and organizational shifts.
  • Draft and process documentation for key employee lifecycle events (hire, termination, transfers).
  • Guide employees and managers on using SuccessFactors self-service tools.
  • Continuously review and enhance HR policies, procedures, and resources.
  • Audit and maintain accurate employee files and data integrity.
  • Administer Leaves of Absence in compliance with local regulations.
  • Ensure accurate and timely data provision to Payroll team.
  • Support HR Operational projects and perform other duties as required.

What You'll Bring to the Table

  • 3–5 years in HR operations, shared services, or similar functional experience.
  • Fluent English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of Dutch and/or UK labor law; familiarity with other EU labor laws is advantageous.
  • Experience working with international payrolls is a significant plus.
  • Proven ability to multitask and adapt in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills—both written and verbal.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
  • Exceptional customer service and follow-through skills, with patience and confidence in handling challenging situations.
  • Highest level of confidentiality and data integrity.
