IT Integrator/Project Manager - Financial Services | Amsterdam (Hybrid)

An exciting opportunity has opened for an IT Integrator/Project Manager to join a leading Financial Services client based in Amsterdam, Netherlands.

Contract Duration: 12+ months (with potential for extension)

Start Date: August/September (flexible)

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands

Working Pattern: Hybrid

Working Hours: 36 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading and coordinating the end-to-end migration roadmap, ensuring clarity and alignment across all phases.
• Leading stakeholder engagement, navigating highly complex dependencies and competing priorities.
• Facilitating collaboration and decision-making across teams to remove blockers.
• Anticipating risks and guiding mitigation strategies with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of IT project management experience, ideally with complex migration projects
• Proven ability to manage complex IT projects end-to-end, with a strong understanding of the full project lifecycle
• Excellent stakeholder and communication skills, with experience engaging both engineering teams and executive management
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive mindset for addressing technical and functional challenges
• Skilled at navigating between detailed tasks and high-level program oversight
• Effective time management to ensure delivery of key milestones and program goals
• Ability to identify and address impediments early, enabling fast, fact-based decision-making to avoid delays
