Network Operations Engineer – F5 Load Balancing & Infoblox (BAU Focus)

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor, manage, and troubleshoot F5 LTM/GTM environments in a live production setting
• Perform incident response, root cause analysis, and change implementation for load balancer issues
• Apply and update iRules as required for traffic behavior adjustments
• Administer and support Infoblox (DDI) services: DNS, DHCP, IPAM
• Respond to alerts, support requests, and performance degradations across the network stack
• Participate in on-call rotations and daily BAU operations
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and application teams to resolve production issues quickly
• Document operational procedures, changes, and fixes clearly

Essential Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with F5 LTM/GTM in operational environments
• Solid knowledge of iRules for traffic management
• Experience with Infoblox DDI platforms (DNS, DHCP, IPAM)
• Comfortable with incident triage, network troubleshooting, and change requests
• Working knowledge of application port behavior, NAT, load balancing logic

Nice to Have

• Experience with Fortinet firewalls
• Familiarity with automation tools (Ansible, Python) for repetitive tasks
• Exposure to ITIL processes, ticketing systems (e.g. ServiceNow)
