Agile Coach / Scrum Master (f/m/d) - 12 months FTC

Purpose of Position:

Are you passionate about driving real change through Agile ways of working? We’re looking for an Agile Coach to join our team at Awin, supporting our mission to help customers grow their businesses online. In this role, you’ll work with cross-functional teams and leadership to create meaningful, lasting improvements through a focused, context-driven coaching model. Rather than embedding long-term, you’ll step into clearly defined coaching engagements with clear goals, enabling teams to thrive independently once coaching concludes.

You’ll be part of a collaborative, innovative environment where your impact will be felt across multiple teams, helping to build self-sufficient, high-performing groups that deliver sustainable value.

Key Tasks:

• Partnering with Engineering Managers, Product Owners, and leadership to define coaching goals and success criteria
• Coaching teams on Agile practices such as Scrum, Kanban, and Lean, with a focus on delivery flow and team dynamics
• Providing leadership coaching to foster servant leadership, empowerment, and organizational clarity
• Conducting Agile assessments, including team health checks and maturity diagnostics
• Facilitating workshops such as retrospectives, kickoffs, discovery sessions, and alignment workshops
• Supporting Agile process design, tailoring frameworks to fit team context and delivery objectives
• Guiding teams in outcome-based planning, OKRs, and effective backlog management
• Using regular reflection and feedback loops to drive continuous improvement
  
  

Skills and Expertise:

• 4+ years of experience as an Agile Coach and/or Scrum Master in software environments
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, Lean Startup, XP, and DevOps culture
• Skilled in facilitation, coaching, and systems thinking, with the ability to quickly diagnose challenges and design practical coaching plans
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, and Asana
• Exceptional collaboration and communication skills, with experience working across distributed and remote teams
• Goal-oriented, iterative, and empowering approach that enables teams to achieve sustainable results
• Ability to create a structured coaching exit strategy that leaves teams stronger and more confident
