Your Role And Responsibilities
As Product Manager – Loyalty, you’ll play a key role in shaping and executing ING’s loyalty strategy across markets. You’ll work in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment where priorities shift quickly and collaboration spans multiple countries and cultures. This role requires someone who is confident, adaptable, and able to bring clarity and structure to complexity.

Your Role And Responsibilities
As Product Manager – Loyalty, you’ll play a key role in shaping and executing ING’s loyalty strategy across markets. You’ll work in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment where priorities shift quickly and collaboration spans multiple countries and cultures. This role requires someone who is confident, adaptable, and able to bring clarity and structure to complexity.
Your Responsibilities Include
- Driving product development: Coordinating features, promotions, and campaigns that enhance customer engagement.
- Enabling local market execution: Acting as the bridge between global and local teams, ensuring they have the tools, frameworks, and information needed to succeed.
- Managing projects and aligning stakeholders: Collaborating with cross-functional teams (IT, marketing, commercial, legal) to ensure smooth execution.
- Facilitating knowledge transfer: Translating product and loyalty concepts into clear documentation and guidelines for local adoption.
- Monitoring performance: Tracking KPIs such as engagement, transaction growth, and adoption to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Staying ahead of trends: Bringing fresh ideas by staying informed on loyalty innovations and market developments.
- Partnering with merchants and external stakeholders: Supporting the setup of promotional campaigns and collaborations with loyalty partners.
You are highly organized, proactive, and thrive in environments where change is constant. You’re not afraid to challenge the status quo and can confidently navigate complex stakeholder landscapes across different countries and cultures.
We’re Looking For Someone Who Brings
- Around 7 years of experience in product management, customer journey design, loyalty programs, digital marketing, or project management
- Strong stakeholder management skills: You can influence, align, and collaborate with diverse teams and senior stakeholders
- International mindset: Comfortable working across borders and time zones, with sensitivity to cultural differences
- Excellent organizational skills: You bring structure and clarity to fast-moving projects
- Customer-centric thinking: You understand how loyalty and rewards enhance the customer experience
- Analytical mindset: Able to interpret performance data and translate insights into action
- Outstanding communication skills: Fluent in English, both written and verbal
- Experience with loyalty programs, e-commerce, or fintech
- Background in digital banking, payments, or merchant partnerships
- Familiarity with gamification and customer engagement strategies

- A salary tailored to your experience and skills
- A 36–40 hour workweek with flexibility to suit your personal situation
- 24+2 vacation days (based on a 36-hour week)
