Together with our Customer, we are building AI-based solutions for product development in the automotive industry. We are now looking for algorithm developers for one of our product teams. As a member of this team, you will take part in building our new AI-powered toolchain for product development within the automotive industry.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, train, and optimize traditional machine learning models for data analysis, features onboarding and predictive insights.
• Perform data analysis to generate insights on vehicle usage patterns, algorithm performance,
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements such as GDPR and EU’s Data Act.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the field of AI/ML and incorporate the latest ML technologies into products.
• Apply expertise in LLMs, classification and prompt engineering to create and refine AI-driven initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor or Master’s or PhD in Computer science, Electrical Engineering, Applied Math/Statistics, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of machine learning models, statistical analysis, and data science principles.
• Familiarity with data structures, algorithms, and software engineering best practices.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI model optimization.
• Proficiency in Python, Docker, and GitLab CI/CD for data science workflows.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to project execution.
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and initiative in delivering impactful solutions.
