Job Description
We’re hiring solely on the basis of a full-time employment contract (UoP).
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Data Analyst with a passion for data governance and process optimization to take ownership of our LeanIX platform. In this role, you’ll act as a data steward and analytics enabler, ensuring LeanIX remains a trusted, accurate, and valuable source of architectural and application data for the enterprise.
You will be the go-to person for ensuring data quality, building reports, supporting platform users, and enabling teams to get meaningful insights from LeanIX. This is a cross-functional role at the intersection of data analytics, architecture governance, and business operations.

In this role, you’ll act as a data steward and analytics enabler, ensuring LeanIX remains a trusted, accurate, and valuable source of architectural and application data for the enterprise.
You will be the go-to person for ensuring data quality, building reports, supporting platform users, and enabling teams to get meaningful insights from LeanIX. This is a cross-functional role at the intersection of data analytics, architecture governance, and business operations.
Key Responsibilities
Data Quality, Governance & Stewardship
- Monitor and maintain data accuracy across applications, interfaces, IT components, and standards within LeanIX.
- Define and enforce metadata standards, naming conventions, and lifecycle rules for consistent data structure.
- Regularly track and report data readiness metrics, highlighting gaps or inconsistencies ahead of key milestones like go-lives or audits.
- Review and validate new application or technology requests, collaborating with architecture and review boards.
- Build and maintain insightful LeanIX dashboards (e.g., onboarding portals, status overviews) to track architecture and application health.
- Create custom data extracts and visualizations to support compliance, audit, and enterprise planning needs.
- Provide LeanIX-based reports for business, legal, risk, and procurement teams.
- Act as the first point of contact for LeanIX users—responding to questions, providing guidance, and delivering training.
- Develop and publish internal newsletters, help guides, and onboarding materials to support platform adoption.
- Lead awareness campaigns to promote LeanIX as a key strategic tool across business and technology teams.
- Support the integration of LeanIX with tools like ServiceNow, LogicGate, and GBTech BIC to align enterprise architecture across systems.
- Collaborate with architects and product owners to keep LeanIX content aligned with business goals and strategic initiatives.
- Assist in sandbox-to-production synchronization, maintaining backups and version consistency.
- Ensure LeanIX usage aligns with internal policies and external regulatory frameworks.
- Partner with procurement, risk, and legal to manage data classification and due diligence.
- Champion LeanIX as the single source of truth for architecture, application, and technology data in planning processes.
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail with a data stewardship mindset.
- Hands-on experience with data platforms, analytics tools, or EA platforms (LeanIX experience is a plus).
- Understanding of enterprise architecture, systems integration, and IT governance.
- Ability to translate complex technical data into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with tools like ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence, Power BI, Tableau, or similar is an advantage.
- Comfortable working in a multicultural, cross-functional environment.
