Senior Data Scientist -ML & AI solutions

We have an urgent requirement for Senior Data Scientist -ML & AI solutions for one of our client in Dubai

Design and build end-to-end AI systems, including data collection, preprocessing, modeling, deployment, and monitoring---Must

Strong knowledge of Python and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.---Must

Proficient in designing scalable architectures and data pipelines using cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and on premises solutions.---Must

Hands-on experience in at least two of the following industries: BFSI, Retail, Industrial, Manufacturing.---Must

customer facing roles / On premises solutions development with good knowledge of the GCC market---Must

Key Considerations

Looking for team handling experience is -- MUST

8 to 10 years overall IT industry experience out of which last 5 years should be in ML & AI solutions engineering and implementation

Candidate should have spent at least 3 years in every organisation he or she worked.

Credible track record and consistent end to end solutions engineering capability demonstration.

Candidates will be based and should be willing to work in Dubai.

Ability to work directly with end customers is a must. Having worked through resellers, SIs, any other similar RTMs in the similar domain is an added advantage.

An IT related or Engineering tertiary qualification is preferred.

Certifications from solution providers/vendors relevant to the portfolio handled and independent certifications in the respective domains will be considered an advantage.

Job Responsibilities And Expectations.

Partner with stakeholders across BFSI, Retail, Industrial, and Manufacturing domains to understand business processes, pain points, and opportunities for AI integration.

Translate business objectives into technical strategies, architecture, and proposals for AI/ML solution development.

Design and build end-to-end AI systems, including data collection, preprocessing, modeling, deployment, and monitoring.

Develop proof-of-concepts (POCs), prototypes, and production-grade AI applications tailored to industry-specific use cases

Collaborate with data engineers and software developers to ensure seamless integration of AI components into larger platforms or products.

Continuously monitor model performance and improve system accuracy and efficiency.

Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies and AI trends relevant to each industry

Hands-on experience in at least two of the following industries: BFSI, Retail, Industrial, Manufacturing.

Strong knowledge of Python and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.

Experience working with structured and unstructured data, including time series, text, and image data.

Proficient in designing scalable architectures and data pipelines using cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and on premises solutions.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
