About Us

HNW Research and Management Consultancy is a forward-thinking organization leveraging data to drive strategic decision-making and innovation. We are seeking a passionate and skilled Data Scientist to join our growing analytics team and help translate complex data into actionable insights that create real-world impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, clean, and analyse large datasets from various sources
  • Visualize and clearly communicate insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Measurement, Service Design, Digital, etc.)
  • Monitor model performance and recommend enhancements
  • Contribute to the development of data architecture and pipelines
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data science

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in data science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a data science or analytics-related role
  • Strong proficiency in Python or R, and SQL
  • Skilled in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Matplotlib, or Seaborn
  • Solid understanding of statistical methods and data modelling techniques
  • Excellent analytical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and cross-functional collaboration
