Job Title: .NET Full Stack Developer
Location: Poland (Remote from Poland)

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced .NET Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team on a long-term B2B contract basis. This role is ideal for a candidate with a strong background in both front-end and back-end development who is proficient in .NET technologies and has experience with a diverse tech stack. You’ll work on cutting-edge projects, utilizing the latest technologies to build scalable, robust, and efficient applications. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a high-impact team where you’ll collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using .NET Core, ASP.NET, C#, and AngularJS.
- Implement and optimize databases, including MS SQL Server, MongoDB, Redis, Snowflake, Oracle, PostgreSQL, and Firebolt.
- Build robust APIs and microservices, ensuring high performance and scalability.
- Conduct code reviews and implement best practices for high-quality, maintainable code.
- Utilize testing frameworks like nUnit, SpecFlow, and Integration Testing to ensure quality and stability, focusing on BDD (Behavior-Driven Development).
- Work with Docker and Kubernetes to develop, test, and deploy containerized applications.
- Integrate and maintain messaging systems like RabbitMQ and job scheduling with Hangfire.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features and functionality.
- Implement and maintain security and authentication with Identity Server.
- Manage and track code with Git, following CI/CD processes to ensure smooth delivery.
- Actively participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, providing input to enhance team processes and deliverables.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proficient in: C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET, JavaScript, and AngularJS.
- Database Expertise: Experience with multiple databases, including MS SQL Server, MongoDB, Redis, Snowflake, Oracle, PostgreSQL, and Firebolt.
- Testing & Development Methodologies: Strong background in Integration Testing, BDD, and frameworks such as nUnit and SpecFlow.
- Containerization and Orchestration: Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Messaging and Scheduling Systems: Proficient with RabbitMQ and Hangfire.
- ORM & Identity Management: Experience with Entity Framework and Identity Server.
- Source Control and Collaboration: Strong skills in Git for version control, branching, and merging.
- Certification: Microsoft Certified Azure Developer Associate is required.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong understanding of front-end development frameworks and RESTful APIs.
- Experience with cloud platforms, specifically Azure, and familiarity with cloud-based solutions.
- Effective problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to development.
