POSITION

As we continue to expand and navigate the future, we are seeking a Accounting Specialist (Jr/Mid) to join our team. This critical role will be central to our financial operations, ensuring that all accounting transactions are recorded accurately and timely in compliance with relevant legislation and company policies. You will have the opportunity to contribute significantly to our operations while honing your accounting skills within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING?

· Conduct daily general accounting operations, such as bookkeeping, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.

· Ensure accurate and timely recording of all accounting transactions in compliance with relevant legislation and company policies.

· Record bank transactions and reconcile bank trial balances.

· Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly tax returns.

· Monitor and manage VAT Return processes.

· Manage controls and transactions of E-Invoice, E-Ledger, E-Archive systems.

· Identify and implement process improvements to optimize efficiency and accuracy of accounting operations.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING?

· Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

· Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in accounting.

· Strong technical knowledge of accounting regulations, policies, and procedures.

· Experience with accounting software, such as LOGO TIGER, and MS Office.

· Knowledge of the uniform chart of accounts.

· Familiarity with the VAT Return process.

· Knowledge of Technology and Development Zones (TDZs) regulations is a plus.

· Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in analyzing financial data.

· Well-organized, team-player, and good communicator.
