Full Stack Engineer

Senior Fullstack Developer | Contract | Remote UK

Pearson Carter are working with a multi-award-winning creator of gamified experiences for global sports brands, sportsbooks, and media outlets. Backed by leading players in the sports and gaming industries, they are building the next generation of iGaming products using cutting-edge technology including AI, Web3, and real-time data.

As they scale their platform, they’re seeking a Senior Fullstack Developer to join their remote engineering team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on high-impact projects used by millions of sports fans globally.

Responsibilities:

• End-to-end development using React, Node.js, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS
• Build performant APIs and microservices using Express, SQL/NoSQL, and cloud-native tools
• Drive frontend excellence across web/mobile platforms
• Integrate AI/ML models for personalisation, predictive analytics, and content generation
• Contribute to platform architecture and lead on technical best practices
• Collaborate cross-functionally and mentor junior team members

Experience:

• 5+ years as a Fullstack Engineer (React + Node.js)
• Experience with REST APIs, microservices, cloud (AWS/Azure), and DevOps (Docker, CI/CD)
• Strong frontend skills with React (hooks, Redux/Zustand), HTML5/CSS3, Tailwind
• AI/ML integration experience (e.g., OpenAI, AWS AI Services) a strong plus
• Bonus: iGaming, Web3/blockchain, real-time systems, or Python scripting

Location:

Fully Remote within the UK. Occasional team meetups
