Requirements

• As an AI / ML Engineer, you will be responsible for developing applications and systems that utilise AI tools and Cloud AI services, ensuring production-ready quality in both cloud and on-premises application pipelines.
• You will apply GenAI models as part of the solution, which may include deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, and image processing.
• You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively. You will be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions while providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across various teams.
• Advanced proficiency in Snowflake GenAI is required. Advanced proficiency in Database Architecture, Machine Learning, LLM Fine Tuning, Foundation Model Fine Tuning, and Foundation Models is suggested.
• Design and implement innovative AI solutions that address complex business challenges.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into existing systems.
• Conduct research to stay updated on the latest AI trends and technologies.
• Mentor junior team members and share knowledge to foster a collaborative learning environment.
• Evaluate and optimize AI models for performance and scalability.
