Your role:

• Participate in the clients’ meetings to understand the client’s business needs, including their technical capabilities/infrastructure.
• Advise the client on how to solve their business needs through IT and introduce the different technical options, communicating architectural decisions clearly.
• Leading technical direction, architecture, and development planning.
• Facilitating roadmap creation, effort estimation, and technical prioritization.
• Mentoring developers and creating space for their professional growth.
• Collaborating closely with PMs, Product Owners, Architects, and other lead roles.
• Staying hands-on with code where it adds the most value.

We are looking for:

• Experience as a Tech Lead, Senior Developer, or Architect.
• Strong technical background in Java, relational DBs, and a modern JS framework (Angular, React, or Vue).
• Ability to guide people and support developers’ growth.
• Experience with defining architecture visions and turning visions into executable roadmaps.
• Willingness to actively and constructively communicate across roles and teams.
• Fluency in Estonian and professional proficiency in English.
