In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Coordinate all project/order related activities of assigned contracts to ensure accurate customer requirements fulfilment.
• Collaborate with sales, finance, logistics, service and customer service teams and lead the escalation process.
• Participate in kick-off meetings and travelling to clients; prioritize and follow-up meetings if necessary;
• Handle orders and documentation and if necessary, coordinate ‘as-built’ documentation process with responsible teams.
• Place demand for materials from intercompany and/or third-party suppliers as well as maintains communication with them and follows up on their timely delivery.
• Manage dates in the system and respond to inquiries received from the BUs.
• Maintain project progress communication with the client and collects necessary approvals to improve sales in accordance with Revenue Recognition Rules.
• Ensure all transaction related documents are accurately stored and available for audit.
• Support the receivable collection process by proactively closing out all contract requirements with the customer.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Minimum 2 years of order handling and/or customer service experience
• Strong personality with the ability to communicate with related levels within and outside of the organization
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient in English and Polish
• Good knowledge of MS Office Package (including MS Project or other equivalent tool)
• Willingness to travel and holding a driver's license
  
  

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

• Interest and experience in the field of automation hardware and software, I&C and processes - supported by the theme of the diploma thesis, internships, etc. would be a plus
• Knowledge of other European languages
