We are looking for “Project Manager” to join the inspiring journey of Dias, a unique technology solutions provider in its field in Turkey .

What we expect? / Duty And Responsibilities :

• Manage the entire project lifecycle, from planning and documentation to execution and closure.
• Ensure rigorous and accurate project documentation throughout all phases.
• Track and maintain the project roadmap, ensuring alignment with timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations.
• Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure that all software-related milestones are achieved.
• Use project management tools to monitor progress, identify risks, and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
• Lead status meetings, provide progress updates, and ensure all documentation is up to date.
• Apply knowledge of software development processes and terminologies to effectively manage projects and communicate with technical teams

Qualifications We Are Looking For :

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in software development.
• Strong attention to detail, particularly in documentation and roadmap tracking.
• Proven experience managing software projects, with a deep understanding of software development terminology and processes.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in project management software/tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, etc.).
• Experience in Agile or Scrum methodologies.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification.
• Experience in leading remote teams.
