Network Engineer

Role: Network Technical Support Specialist

Type: B2B Contract

Location: Poland (Remote)

Note: Open to Travel to EU Countries (All expanses paid)

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of switches and servers.
• Provide professional technical consultation and solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Provide professional technical training to channel and customer.
• Support short-term projects in other European countries when necessary.
• Write and maintain technical documentation and manuals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in the field.
• Proficiency in the operation and maintenance of switches/WLAN and servers.
• Cisco certification (e.g., CCNA, CCNP) and/or VMware certification
• IT support
