We’re partnering with a profitable, founder-owned financial infrastructure company that’s grown consistently over 2 decades and recently crossed 100 members of technical staff. They’re now hiring a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to join their DevOps group and take ownership of a critical part of their on-prem and hybrid production systems.

It’s a high-stakes, complex, real-time environment where you’ll work across bare metal, legacy infrastructure, and modern Kubernetes clusters – designing and running systems that must stay fast, reliable, and auditable. You’ll be joining a mature, senior-heavy team and expected to lead with autonomy and operational depth.

Must have

• Hands-on experience setting up and running on-prem Kubernetes environments
• Strong track record of navigating and modernising legacy systems
• Experience building hybrid infra (cloud + on-prem) with unified abstraction and tooling
• Comfort working in real-time environments with SLAs and high uptime demands
• Ownership mindset from hardware to infrastructure orchestration

Nice to have

• Background in financial data, adtech, or other data-heavy, regulated systems
• Understanding of hardware acquisition and deployment flows
• German language skills (not required)
