You’ll be part of a high-performance team supporting mission-critical networking operations for a leading cloud provider, ensuring reliability, scalability, and seamless connectivity across the organization’s data center network.

About Your New Job

• Collaborate with network vendor technical account teams and quality assurance to drive bug resolution and qualify new firmware and operating systems.
• Manage and perform firmware upgrades and configuration refreshes across critical network infrastructure.
• Leverage your experience in network monitoring and telemetry to maintain high availability and performance.
• Contribute to data center network operations in a hybrid work model, ensuring operational excellence in a large-scale ISP or cloud environment.

What Skills You Need

• Strong knowledge of protocols and services: MPLS, BGP/OSPF/IS-IS, TCP/IP, IPv4/IPv6, DNS, DHCP, VxLAN, and EVPN.
• Proven experience in a network operations role, ideally within a large ISP or cloud provider environment.
• Scripting or automation experience (Python preferred) and a strong understanding of data center design.
• Hands-on experience with VPN, SSL, and network monitoring/telemetry solutions.
• Comfortable working in hybrid mode with general shift hours.
